        Target Audience

We are targeting established NGO and social enterprise leaders and educators. We have a preference for individuals who are in a senior leadership position within the organizations and have a track record of youth leadership training and ability to expand their impact in the near future. We also have a preference for individuals who are able to design and run training themselves or in collaboration with their teams.

Successful applicants will have a track record of securing funding, establishing partner support for their programs, and be highly integrated into their target communities.

We also seek to enroll participants who are actively making contributions to strengthening and expanding the ecosystem of environmentally- focused organizations in their countries.
