This fall, we launched three sections of the Green Leaders Academy on the Crew platform. Approximately 170 leaders in the U.S. University (Green Campus Alliance), African, and South + Southeast Asian groups will focus on our 15 modules of environmental literacy, leadership, and civic engagement content. As they move from learning about critical environmental challenges and towards specific ways to adddress them, they are also building a strong and supporting community.
As they started the course, each of them shared their motivations and goals for joining our community. Rounak Jahan Khan, from Bangladesh, shares here story here.
Participating in the Green Leaders Academy will improve my knowledge, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills in the climate sector and these traits will be of great assistance in my future endeavors in climate work and environmental advocacy.

I want to network with young climate leaders from countries around the world and explore collaboration opportunities. I believe the Green Leaders Academy platform explores the potential for young environment and climate change advocates, innovators, activists and community leaders to have constructive discussions and to collaborate on building effective engagement mechanisms that can support an on-going flow of new projects and partnerships over time. Moreover, I see it as opportunity to share my activities and new ideas with fellow Green Leaders Academy learners and learn from them as well. - Rounak Jahan Khan, Bangaldesh
Welcome, Green Leaders, we're thrilled to have you join our community!
